Beavers are very territorial animals and using our ground beaver castor and our castor based lures can be very effective at castor mound sets.

Don't be afraid to use raccoon lures like our Sugar Tree or Shellfish Oil up high on a twig using the wind to your advantage much like you would use a call lure for canines. A lure with oily consistency will actually excel when the weather is damp as it will spread and become hard for the coons to resist.

A thick paste raccoon lure like our Silver Moon or Plum Loco is ideal for use in raccoon specific traps because they will not leak or wash out from the bottom of the traps. A cotton ball in the bottom of these traps makes a great lure holder.
Silver Moon (Raccoon & Mink) - Put up in a paste form for use around the waterline.  Long lasting odor that will withstand the rain and muddy conditions of fall coon trapping.  You'll want to use it in a few mink pockets also.  Anise and fish oil base.
Plum Loco (Raccoon) - A very unusual and complex four-part base goes into making this product.  A sweet and sour smell that drives coon crazy.  Certain to be different from what your competition is using.  An original paste formula you won't find copied.
Sugar Tree (Raccoon) - Very oily and tacky liquid food call lure with exceptional calling abilities.  Resists washing away because of its oily base and actually spreads instead, making it priceless during those damp, misty fall evenings when coon are moving.
Creekside Call (Muskrat, Mink, Raccoon & Canines) - An honest to goodness all call lure.  Excellent on muskrat and mink, but you can use it early on the canines too, especially gray fox.  One bottle of lure you can use for any application.
Mink Gland (Mink, Canines) - Clean cut mink glands that are full of musk are used to make this gland lure.  Loaded with glandular odor and other mink attracting oils and musks.  Coyote trappers looking for a change-up will be pleased with this mink gland.
BEAVER LURE
Castor Master (beaver food lure) - A blend of food ingredients that are natural to the beaver's diet are put into a paste form for ease of use around the water.  Increase your drawing power with this quality flat tail product.
Ontario (castor based lure) - Crammed full of castors from beaver taken from the tributaries of Lake Ontario and upper New York state.  Only premium eastern castors are considered when compounding this lure.  Our best seller for castor mound sets.
Beaver Castor (ground pure) - Straight ground castor with a touch of glycerine to make it into a paste.  Handled just right.  Add to your own baits, lures or mound sets.
Tinctured Castor (liquid) - All the same qualities as ground castor, but in a liquid form.  Use as a lure ingredient or at rubbing post sets for cats and canines.
